We design and manufacture plastic molds (mass production and prototypes) and insert molds.
It is a robust filter with excellent mass production capabilities, where the mesh and frame are integrated, forming a mesh pattern on the top surface (20 mesh) and the sides. The mesh section is designed to ensure and maintain its strength and opening area, particularly considering measures against resin pressure, as well as improving fluidity and venting effects, while minimizing burrs to ensure performance and safety.
